That's why we are seeking an exceptional Director of Digital, HR and Customer Services to lead our people, digital and customer transformation agenda, alongside a Head of Finance & Accountancy who will help ensure the council remains financially resilient and well positioned for the future. Together, these roles will play a key part in delivering our priorities, supporting our workforce and maintaining excellent services for the communities we serve.
